At the heart of our technology is the VelocityEngine physics middleware. We license this powerful, modular engine to other game studios, research institutions, and automotive companies. VelocityEngine provides accurate tire modeling, aerodynamics, suspension kinematics, and damage modeling. It features a flexible API for C++, C#, and Python, comprehensive documentation, and dedicated technical support. Licensing tiers range from Indie to Enterprise, with source code access available. Our engine is trusted by 3 of the top 10 racing game studios worldwide and is the simulation core for several academic research projects in vehicle dynamics.

The industry-standard software for professional racing teams and automotive engineering.
VelocitySim Pro is our most advanced simulation platform, designed for precision and reliability. It features our highest-fidelity tire model (co-developed with a leading tire manufacturer), real-time aerodynamics simulation with wind tunnel data integration, and a comprehensive vehicle parameter editor. The software supports multi-screen, VR, and motion platform outputs natively. It includes a vast library of officially licensed tracks and vehicles, with laser-scanned accuracy down to 2mm. Pro is used by over 40 professional racing teams across Formula 1, WEC, and NASCAR for driver-in-loop simulation and setup optimization.
Create, modify, and analyze racing circuits with unprecedented detail and accuracy.
TrackBuilder Studio is a powerful desktop application for circuit design, photogrammetry processing, and laser scan data management. It allows users to create virtual tracks from GPS data, CAD drawings, or even drone footage. The software includes tools for accurate surface modeling, procedural vegetation and object placement, and real-time lighting analysis. It exports directly to all major simulation formats and our proprietary VelocityEngine format. Used by circuit owners for virtual track walks, by broadcasters for pre-race analysis, and by game developers for content creation. The latest version includes AI-assisted curb and runoff area generation based on FIA safety guidelines.
The core of our simulation is the VelocityEngine, a multi-body dynamics solver written in C++ with SIMD optimizations. It computes at 1000Hz for critical components like tire forces and suspension movement. Our tire model is a semi-empirical "brush model" enhanced with data from thousands of hours of real tire testing. We simulate individual tread blocks, temperature gradients across the tire width, and wear patterns that affect grip over a stint. Aerodynamics are handled via a combination of pre-computed CFD data tables and real-time simplified particle systems for dirty air effects. The engine supports complex drivetrains including hybrid and electric powertrains, with accurate battery discharge and regeneration modeling.
Our rendering pipeline is built on Vulkan and DirectX 12 for maximum performance and visual fidelity. We utilize a deferred rendering approach with clustered forward shading for handling hundreds of dynamic light sources (important for night races and pit lanes). The terrain system uses virtual texturing to stream gigapixel track surfaces without repetitive textures. Weather effects are fully dynamic: rain accumulates on track surfaces realistically, affecting grip, and creates puddles that grow in low-lying areas. Our VR implementation features single-pass stereo rendering, foveated rendering support for eye-tracked headsets, and aggressive LOD management to maintain 90+ FPS. The graphics engine is also used for non-real-time applications like marketing renderings and broadcast graphics generation.
Our multiplayer infrastructure is designed for competitive esports where consistency and fairness are paramount. We use a client-server architecture with server-side physics authority to prevent cheating. The netcode employs state synchronization at 60Hz with delta compression and predictive client-side interpolation for smoothness. Our global server fleet is hosted on AWS, with regions in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia to ensure low ping for players worldwide. We have developed custom protocols for broadcasting live telemetry data to external applications (like race control software or live streams) and for integrating with real-world timing systems used in mixed reality events. The platform handles over 50,000 concurrent races during peak events with 99.9% uptime.
Our diverse team brings together expertise from gaming, motorsport, software engineering, and academic research.
